A daily practice sensitive to the body’s changing needs allows for a deeper understanding of the subtle aspects of yoga. Traditionally, yoga is taught through personal tuition. A sequence specific to the individual would be taught to address imbalances in the mechanics and energetics of the body.

Personal yoga tuition assists in developing a daily practice that balances the internal and external workings of the yoga to support the nervous system. Individual responsibility of practice is essential in learning the sequences to build a strong foundation for personal development.

The application of this method cultivates an understanding of yoga and emphasises grace, muscular discipline, respiratory regulation and mental stillness. By extending beyond ones perceived capabilities and concentrating on executing asana techniques naturally, eventually real strength will develop, stiffness will dissolve and the asana can be performed in a free-flowing manner. The development of a personal practice is offered to beginners through to advanced.

Personal Yoga Tutition

FROM 6AM + 9AM + 5PM
90 -120 MINUTE Sessions

These sessions provide one-to-one guidance in a small group setting.

  • Numbers are limited and start times are staggered.

  • 24 hours notice is required to cancel/change a set appointment.

  • Minimum commitment is 8 weeks.

Prerequisite is an introduction one on one session with Dhali. Bookings required.
