Terms & Policies

These terms apply to all yoga tuition, private sessions and shiatsu treatments at Vidatha Yoga & Shiatsu. By making a booking you agree to them.

Bookings and payment

  • All sessions and treatments must be booked in advance, online or directly with Dhali.

  • Payment is due at the time of booking.

  • Passes are paid upfront, except the Unlimited 13-week pass, which is paid in 3 monthly payments of $238.

  • Prices may change from time to time. A pass you have already bought will be honoured at the price you paid.

Passes

  • 8-session pass: 8 tuition sessions to use within 12 weeks.

  • 12-week pass: 2 sessions a week for 12 weeks.

  • Unlimited 13-week pass: as many sessions as you like for 13 weeks. This is a 13-week commitment, and all three payments are due once you start.

  • Sessions not used within a pass's term expire.

  • Passes are for the named student only and cannot be shared or transferred.

  • Passes do not include workshops, retreats or other special events.

Cancelling or changing a booking

  • Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or change a session or treatment.

  • With less than 24 hours' notice, or if you do not attend, the session is counted as used or the treatment fee is charged.

  • A missed tuition session can be made up within the same week only.

Changes by the studio

  • Session times may occasionally change, and a session may need to be cancelled.

  • If we cancel a session, you will be offered another time or a credit.

  • The studio is closed on weekends and public holidays, and from 1 to 11 January 2027.

Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds, extensions or transfers for change of mind.

  • If illness or injury stops you from practising, contact us and we will pause your pass until you can return.

  • Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Workshops and special events

  • Cancellations must be made by phone or email at least 7 business days beforehand.

Your health and safety

  • Yoga and shiatsu involve physical activity and touch, and carry some risk of injury. You take part voluntarily and at your own risk.

  • Tell Dhali before each session about any injury, illness, pregnancy or medical condition.

  • If you are unsure whether yoga or shiatsu is suitable for you, check with your doctor first.

  • Work within your own limits and stop if you feel pain.

Your belongings

  • Please look after your belongings. Vidatha Yoga & Shiatsu is not responsible for items lost or damaged at the studio.
