Join Duncan Ewing (Prahlad) from Yoga Arts Academy for a workshop on Ghatastha Yoga. Utilising a progressive system of yoga techniques designed to cultivate the student from raw beginner to advanced practitioner. Duncan has been practicing and teaching Yoga for over 30 years, he will expand your understanding of the relationship between the breath, mind and free feeling via classical yoga poses.
